Is the IRIS Webcam compatible with my computer?
The IRIS A09 Webcam is compatible with modern versions of Windows, macOS and ChromeOS.
Its plug and play drivers will automatically recognise your computer's operating system and install the correct software.
This process may take a few minutes.
To see if your IRIS A09 Webcam has been successfully installed:
Windows:
Navigate to Settings > Bluetooth and Devices > Devices and see if "IRIS A09 Webcam" is listed.
macOS:
Open a program which uses the webcam, such as FaceTime or Photo Booth and check if IRIS A09 is a selectable camera.
Does IRIS work with Linux?
Users have reported successfully using the IRIS A09 Webcam with Linux distributions, however we don't offer any support for those operating systems.
My computer is not recognising my IRIS A09 webcam.
The IRIS A09 Webcam's drivers can take a few minutes to install.
If your webcam is not appearing after a few minutes:
Try unplugging your IRIS webcam, restarting your computer and plugging it back in.

I like it. It does what I wanted. The camera is not as good as using my iPhone, but it does the job well and liberates my iPhone from computer camera duty.

Not a lot to say about this little camera. Good fit to the top the monitor, easy it set up, works well and at a good price. The only problem, is that the small round lens cover is very flat with nothing to get a finger on too, so it can be pushed round. It is very stiff. Apart from that, a good little camera.

Well I think I should make an inquiry at USPS but I would need to decifer the kind of washed off email copy of the seller's shipment confirmation. I was confident the rest of my order would come in soon. I am still confident but as you know it's been quite a time actually. May I ask you to email me a clearly readable copy of that package's tracking number please . That would be helpful for my id verificartion on the part of USPS to recover and deliver that package to my address in due trime. With all my respect. Christian Dion
