Make the Most of Magnetic Charging
Traditional chargers are specifically suited to the device they came with. This charger is different. Using the latest USB-C Power Delivery technology it can charge most late model laptops, tablets and phones. Using USB Power Delivery technology the charger automatically selects the most appropriate power output to suit each device and charge them safely. This charger can provide up to 100W of power to high powered devices – the maximum amount supported by the USB Power Delivery standard. The charger is also equipped with USB-A ports to allow charging mobile devices with legacy USB-A charging cables.

When multiple devices are connected, the speed of the 100W charging port is reduced to 65W.
The total charging is as below:
USB-C #1 - Up to 65W
USB-C #2 - Up to 18W
USB-A #1 + USB-A 2 - Up to 17W Combined
65 + 18 +17 = 100W Total Charging
USB-C #2 or a single USB-A port are ideal for fast charging a phone, tablet or earbuds case.
If charging four devices at once, lower power or less important devices should be plugged into the USB-A ports, as they'll share 17W between them.
Compatibility
MagSafe iPhones (iPhone 12 or later) work out of the box with Matrix. Just snap your phone onto the charger and it will automatically align to the optimal charging position.
iPhones 8, 9, 10 and 11 also work with Matrix, however you first need to attach the included Magnetic Support Ring to the back of your iPhone or preferred case to allow it to attach to the Matrix Magnetic Charger.
Troubleshooting
Ensure you connect the charging cable to a port on the laptop which supports charging.
Ensure you use the charging cable supplied with the charger or another 5A (100W) USB-C cable when charging laptops. Most USB-C cables only support charging at up to 3A (60W) or below and won’t allow some laptops to charge at full speed.
